Scientific studies from top universities have shown that the main cause of allergies produced by cats is the protein Fel D-1, which can be reduced by up to 90% with a common procedure for responsible pet ownership: neutering.

The “Adopt Your Allergies” initiative aimed to remove the worry of allergies from peoples’ minds while bringing adoptable rescue cats into their homes. We held a press conference packed with adoptable cats and invited humans including veterinarians, allergists and influencers, many who were also allergic to the felines. We then organized Colombia’s largest speed-dating cat adoption day ever, and for the first time ever, we brought together hundreds of cat-allergic people with their future pets.
